op zondag 3 oktober 2021 werd bij het tank memorial te Poelkapelle door de Tank Memorial Ypres Salient-vrienden een herdenking gehouden voor de in Vlaanderen gevallen tankbemanningen uit beide wereldoorlogen.
Eerder die namiddag werd bij de herdenkingsplaque aan de Reutelhoek en aan de 'Robertson's Bridge' de succesvolle tankaanval van 4 oktober 1917 herdacht, een aanval die geleid werd door Captain Robertson en zijn ordonnans private Allen. Captain Roberston wed daarbij gedood en verkreeg posthuum het VC. Bij het graf van Capt. Robertson op Oxford Road Cemetery werd eveneens een eetbetoon gedaan.
On Sunday Oct. 3rd. 2021 a ceremony was held at the tank memorial at Poelkapelle by the friends of Tank Memorial Ypres Salient, commemorating the tankies who fell in Flanders. Earlier that afternoon at the 'Reutelhoek' memorial plaque and at the 'Robertson's Bridge' a ceremony was held commemorating the succesful tank attack of 4 Oct. 1917 which was led by Captain Robertson and his orderly private Allen. Capt. Robertson was killed in this attack and awarded the VC posthumously. A ceremony at his grave at Oxford Road Cemetery was held too.
