Ceremony for John Thomas Huckle - Ieper - 08/10/2023
Please find below some pictures of the ceremony organized on Aeroplane Cemetery in Ieper on Sunday 8 October 2023. In 2021, tour guide René  Degryse took some earth from the bottom of the grave of Private John Thomas Huckle and handed it over to his Australian family through the Belgian Embassy in Australia. 

On Sunday 8 October 2023 some earth from his birth place Euabalong in New South Wales was placed at the grave of John Thomas Huckle.
