On Monday, October, 14th, 2013, the New Zealand Minister for Culture and Heritage the Hon Chris Finlayson (
http://www.chrisfinlayson.co.nz/profile.html) will vist the town of Mesen in Belgium. The objective is to explain to the Minister the plans of the town of Mesen with regard to the commemoration of the Great War in the coming years, and more specifically the New Zealand accents in Mesen. The Minister will give more information on New Zealand's national plans around the commemoration period 2014-2018. And of course ideas for reinforcing the link between the town of Mesen and New Zealand will be treated.
Minister Hon Chris Finlayson will be accompanied by Ambassador H.E. Paula Wilson.
