CHRISTMAS TRUCE SAINT YVON PLOEGSTEERT

 
To mark the 25th anniversary of the Last Post Committee and the 110th anniversary of the Christmas Truce of 1914, the city of Comines-Warneton, the Last Post Committee and the Entente Patriotique organised a re-enactment of the event.
 
Many brave souls, torches in hand, set off from the memorial in Ploegsteert to Prowse Point Military Cemetery.
